RHAM Youth Lacrosse Registration is open!

Now that the New Year is here, we are in FULL TIME Lax Season planning! Registration Deadlines are quickly approaching... Don't miss out!

Please read entire email as there are changes to registration sign -ups, deadlines, billing & fees.

We hope that everyone had a successful and enjoyable fall sports season. Behind the scenes members of RHAM Youth Lacrosse have been working to ensure we are ready for the upcoming season.

Every year we are asked “why do we have to register so early?” Honestly, it’s not us, it’s our governing board. Our team numbers are due to CVYL/CGVYL by January 30th to determine the team placements. We schedule all our games in February so when the teams counts are off it affects the whole program. So, as we have done in the past, all we ask for is for you to register your children now and we won’t ask for payment until after the holidays! (*Please understand you are required to renew or begin your US Lacrosse membership of $35 when you register.)  We will provide installment payments for your convenience. First payment due on January 31, 2020 and final payment balance on March 1, 2020. Payments will automatically be charged to your card on file on the due date specified.

Some other exciting details - For 10U and older, we will continue to offer indoor pre season training starting in March 2020 getting us ready to take it outdoors when the weather breaks in early April (we hope). For our Lightning and Little Laxers we begin their season outdoors only typically in late April, early May because any sooner is just too much and too cold! Our goal for our littlest players is to want to come back every lesson with positivity.

Uniforms are included in the price of registration again this year. They are new uniforms each season, however numbers are not promised as they are issued by our distributor. Please be attentive to the sizes you are selecting (you will be selecting the sizing now, but the children may grow before the season begins). A sizing chart is located on our website main page. Lost or replacement items during the seasons will be charged to you.

Registration & payment details:

Between now and January 30th you will need to register and pay the your new or renewed US Lacrosse fee of $35. https://usl.ebiz.uapps.net/personifyebusiness/MembershipJoinRenew20/FamilyPage.aspx

Late fees are charged for late registration. Any sign ups after January 30 will be charged a $35 late fee. (Registration for Little Laxers and Lightning remains open through the beginning of April - no late fees for these age groups)

There are no late fees for late payments, however if payment in full is not received your child will be removed from the roster and moved to a waitlist.

If your child is waitlisted upon registration, we will not expect payment until they are actually rostered on a team.

See website for 5-7th grade boys A team tryout date. A seprate registration  will follow for this..
